This website (the ‘Website’) is operated by Kuzma Group Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered seat in Krakow, ul. Królowej Jadwigi 91 c/ 26, postal code 30-209, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register for Krakow-Srodmiescie in Krakow, 11th Commercial Department, under no. KRS 0000526789, holding tax identification number NIP 6772383530 and business statistical number REGON 123228860 (the ‘Data Controller’).

This privacy policy defines the rules of storage of and access to the information kept on the User’s devices by means of the cookies files used to execute the services provided electronically by the Data Controller.

  1. DEFINITIONS

    1. Data Controller – shall mean Kuzma Group Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, a limited liability company with its registered seat in Krakow, ul. Królowej Jadwigi 91 c/ 26, postal code 30-209, which provides services by electronic means as well as stores and gains access to the information on the User’s devices.
    2. Cookies – shall mean the IT data, in particular small text files, recorded and stored on the devices with the intermediation of which the User makes use of the Website’s web pages.
    3. Data Controller’s Cookies – shall mean the cookies set by the Data Controller in connection with provision of services by electronic means by the Data Controller via the Website.
    4. External Cookies – shall mean the cookies set by the Data Controller’s partners via the Website.
    5. Website – shall mean any web page or application through which the Data Controller operates the website functioning within kuzma-tailoring.com domain.
    6. Device – shall mean any electronic device through which the User gains access to the Website.
    7. User – shall mean any entity for the benefit of which services may be provided, in compliance with the Terms and Conditions and regulations in force, by electronic means or with whom an Agrement on Provision of Services by Electronic Means may be concluded.
  2. TYPES OF COOKIES USED

    1. The cookies used by the Data Controller are safe for the User’s Device. In particular, no viruses or other unwanted software or malware can access the Users’ Devices through the cookies. Those files allow for identification of the software used by the User and customisation of the Website for each User. Cookies usually cointain the name of the domain from which they originate, time of their storage on the Device and their assigned value.
    2. The Data Controller uses two types of cookies:
      1. Session cookies that are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until the end of a given browser session. The recorded information is then permanently removed from the Device’s memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow downloading of any personal data or confidential information from the User’s Device;
      2. Persistent cookies are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until their deletion. Ending of a given browser session or switching off of the Device do not result in their removal from the User’s Device. The mechanism of persistent cookies does not allow for downloading of any personal data or confidential information from the User’s Device.
    3. The User has a possibility to restrict or preclude cookies’ access to his or her Device. Should the User take advantage of that option, the use of the Website shall be possible except for the functions that, by their nature, require cookies.
  3. PURPOSES FOR WHICH COOKIES ARE USED

    1. The Data Controller uses its Own Cookies for the following purposes:
      1. Configuration of the website, i.e. customisation of the content of the Website’s web pages to the User’s preferences and optimisation of the use of the Website’s web pages; and recognition of the device of the Website’s User and its location and proper display of the web page customised to the User’s unique needs.
      2. Authentication of the user within the website and assurance of the user’s session on the website
- maintenance of the session of the Website’s User (after logon) owing to which the User is no longer required to re-enter his or her login and password on each sub-page of the Website, correct configuration of the selected functions of the Website, in particular enabling verification of authenticity of the browser sessions; and optimisation and enhancement of efficiency of the services provided by the Data Controller.
      3. Execution of the processes required to assure full functionality of the web pages, i.e.
customisation of the content of the Website’s web pages to the User’s preferences and optimisation of the use of the Website’s web pages. In particular, those files allow for recognition of the basic parametres of the User’s Device and proper display of the web page customised to the User’s unique needs, correct handling of the partner scheme, in particular enabling verification of the sources of the Users’ redirections to the Website’s web pages and the use of the ‘Basket’ function within the Website.
      4. Visibility analyses and studies and audit, i.e. collection of general and anonymous statistics, creation of anonymous statistics through use of analytical tools that help understand the manner in which the Website’s Users use the Website’s pages, to enable improvement of their structure and content;
      5. Assurance of Website’s security and reliability
    2. The Data Controller uses its Own Cookies for the following purposes:
      1. to present the multimedia content on the Website’s pages that are downloaded from an external website, e.g. YouTube;
      2. to collect general and anonymous statistics with the intermediation of analytical tools, e.g. Google Analytics;
      3. to present advertisements customised to the User’s preferences using an online advertising tool, e.g. Google AdSense;
      4. to log onto the website via a social website, e.g. Facebook.com; and
      5. to make use of interactive functions for the purpose of promotion of the Website via social media such as, for instance, Facebook.com or Pinterest.com.
  4. PROSPECTS FOR DEFINING TERMS OF STORAGE OF COOKIES OR ACCESS VIA COOKIES

    1. The User may independently and at any time change the settings applicable to cookies by defining the terms of their storage and access via cookies to the User’s Device. The User may change the settings referred to in the preceding sentence by means of the settings of the web browser or, through configuration of the service, those settings may be amended in particular in such manner as to block automatic enabling of cookies in the web browser’s settings or inform each time about placement of the cookies on the User’s Device. The details of the options and ways of enabling cookies are available in the settings of the software (of the web browser).
    2. The User may remove cookies at any time using the available functions in the web browser used.
    3. Restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Website’s web page.
  5. NEWSLETTERS

    1. The granting of a consent to receipt of free newsletters via email at the time of registration of the account in the Store or at a later time gives the Data Controller the right to send from time to time to the Users of the Website the information on the new offers, promotions, sales, competitions, collections, events or any other information relative to the store’s activity.
    2. Receipt of newsletters may be cancelled at any time by disabling that function through clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link found in each electronic message sent. Renouncement from subscription is not tantamount to removal of the account from the Website.
    3. The Data Controller reserves the right to:
      1. send via newsletter advertisements or commercial information within the meaning of the Act on Provision of Services by Electronic Means of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144 of 2002 item 1204);
      2. disable the newsletter service temporarily for technical reasons;
      3. discontinue, without justification, provision of the newsletter service following prior notification of its users; and
      4. remove any account whose user is in breach of the Terms and Conditions of the Website.
  6. AMENDMENTS TO PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY

    1. All amendments to the privacy and cookies policy shall be displayed on this website.
